BLEND:
Syrah (50%), Cinsault (50%),
Average age of vines between 40 and 70 years.
SOILS :
The vines are planted in sandy soils outside Châteauneuf du Pape.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve them. 100% destemmed.
Destemming is approximately 100%. Vinification is traditional with 3 weeks
of maceration during which we carry out several pump-overs in concrete vats.
